Q: When will I receive check-in details regarding my stay?
A: We do our best to touch base with you via phone 2-4 days prior to your check-in. We will provide you access details to your room on arrival day at 4PM. If you have not heard from us as arrival day approaches, or if you have questions regarding your stay prior to arrival, please reach out to us.

Q: Are towels provided?
A: We provide bath towels but we do not provide beach towels.

Q: Can I access the room if I arrive prior to 4PM?
A: We cannot guarantee the room is available earlier than 4PM. We do our best to accommodate early arrivals if the room is ready early. However, we are usually facilitating many check-ins on any given day. Please be respectful of our cleaners and maintenance crew as they finalize your room for your arrival.

Q: Why is checkout at 9AM? Can we checkout later?
A: To ensure a high standard of cleanliness throughout our properties, we appreciate your cooperation in vacating the room by 9AM on departure day. If you are facing an extreme circumstance, please reach out to us ASAP prior to checkout day.

Q: What soaps or toiletries are provided?
A: We provide an initial stocking of soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. We ask guests to provide their own re-stocks, if needed.
