Parking for up to 4 small cars or 2-3 larger vehicles. We manage the house right next door also so your big family or group can rent two houses side by side!

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Property allows up to two small dogs (30 lbs or less) per stay with a $150 per dog, non-refundable dog fee. The dog fee does not cover any damage a dog causes or additional pest cleanup fees resulting from a dog. Dog owners affirm that their dog is in good health and current on all vaccinations
